About me

I am an external PhD candidate in the Human Factors Group and associated with the interdisciplinary Research Training Group 2475: Cybercrime and Forensic Computing. I hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the FernUniversität in Hagen (FUH) and a master’s degree in IT security from the Ruhr University Bochum (RUB).

My research focuses on the usability of digital forensics in criminal proceedings. It combines my interests in the fields of digital forensics, human-centered security, and IT security. In addition, I incorporate several years of practical professional experience in IT security and digital forensics into my research. In depth information can be found here.
